X17 XCLUSIVE - Is Kevin Playing Dirty? Child Protective Services Warns Britney

A source has told X17 exclusively, that the reason behind Britney's week-long stay at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills is due to an investigation by Child Protective Services into the security at Britney's two homes in Bel Air and in Malibu.

Our sources tells us that the government agency has warned Britney that the pools at both homes are unsafe for young children because they do not have the required child safey barrier around them. (We're uncertain whether either home is equipped with door alarms that satisfy the state pool safety requirement.)

Given Britney and Kevin's ugly ongoing custody battle in which Kevin has reportedly refused to sign the divorce agreement because he is now seeking greater custody of the children (and therefore more $$$), I'm wondering if it's Kevin who alerted the state child welfare agency. Rumors have said he's resorting to dirty tactics in order to 'prove' Britney an unfit mother, which she most certainly is not.

X17online's source told us CPS visited Britney's Bel Air home three times last week and when she left to her Malibu home, they warned against the pool safety situation there as well so she left for the Four Seasons.

Britney in talks to perform at the 2007 VMA's in Vegas? *Rumor*

Various media Outlets are reporting that Britney has just entered into negotiation talks to not only make a big surprise appearance, at this years 2007 Mtv Video Music Awards which will be held at the Palms Hotel in Sin City Las Vegas on September 9, 2007 but to also debut her brand new highly anticipated single as well.

It is reported at this time that Britney's album is slated to be released November 2007.

Simon Curtis is the singer of the song Resist that was supposed to be Britney's. He also did a song called Detox about Britney. He mentions almost all of Britney's songs titles. It's cool!

Last night, Britney was spotted by X17's paparazzi at the Four Seasons hotel located in Beverly Hills. X17 is reporting that Britney looked very upset, to the point of tears. According to the source, Britney was "sobbing during dinner with her new bodyguard/manny by her side" while smoking cigarettes. Britney then went upstairs, and wasn't seen after that.

X17 also mentions that Alli has mysteriously disappeared. She was seen with Britney for every waking moment, and poof... disappears. Rumors are that Britney and Alli are having a little tiff, hence the separation. Only time will tell what the real story is.

And no wonder Britney is upset. She's under surveillance 24 hours a day. I would have cried a lot sooner than she did.

Britney's New Man JUST A Bodyguard

says an undisclosed source who works closely with Britney's security company (they requested to remain anonymous). There are reports his name is John Sundahl, but I am assured this is completely false: "John Sundahl has white hair. The guy riding around with her is just a personal bodyguard." Truly, the entire situation is all speculation, and there is little to no proof as to who this mystery man is, and let's keep it that way. Fans and media alike tend to get sucked in to anything Britney Spears, including the people around her, and myself.

This source specifically told me to say that this man is NOT Britney's boyfriend!
